On Tuesday, July 28th and Wednesday, July 29th – contingent upon good weather – Scribner Avenue, Sheldon Avenue, and the Sheldon Avenue Alleyway will be temporarily closed from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM as the Village DPW makes improvements to these streets.
The entirety of Scribner Avenue will be milled on Tuesday, July 28th and then paved on Wednesday, July 29th; Sheldon Avenue and the Sheldon Avenue Alleyway will also be paved those days.
Residents of Scribner Avenue and Sheldon Avenue will not be able to enter or exit your street during active milling and paving but access will be restored as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these vital improvements to our Village.
A letter has been mailed to residents of Scribner Avenue and Sheldon Avenue with details about the upcoming construction work and updates will be provided as necessary.
