In response to community concerns about speeding, the Village Board approved the purchase of a new radar sign last Fall and the Village DPW Crew affixed it to a trailer to deploy in high-speed areas.
Currently placed on Clauverwie Road, the Village is planning to deploy the radar on River Street, Maple Avenue, and other locations where speeding has been problematic.
“I want to thank the Village DPW Crew for doing such a great job on this project,” stated Village Mayor Timothy Knight.
