The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees will be holding our Monthly Meeting on Monday, May 6th at 7:00 PM.     • Motion to Approve Carver Construction Quote for Trucking ($130.00), Stone ($2,060.00), and Millings ($14,760.00) for $16,950.00 from CHIPS funds.

  13. Lisa Tenneson from “For Get Me Not” Soda Shoppe submitted SCBG Loan Repayment application asking for $20,000 for new business on Railroad Avenue. SCBG Committee recommends Motion to Approve Loan Application as presented: $20,000 at 1% interest for a term of five years.
  14. Motion to approve Water Rents in the amount $ 48,689.12 & Sewer Rents $53,419.19.

    • Motion to authorize Delaware Engineering to put Handicapped Entrance Ramp Project out to Bid from May 14, 2024 – June 5, 2024 with Final Bids Due on June 5, 2024.
    • Motion to schedule Special Village Board Meeting for Tuesday, June 11, 7:00 PM to Award Bid.
    • Village Clerk’s Report on Handicap Entrance Bond Rates: NBT – 4.75%, NBC – 3.75%.
