With Halloween falling on a Saturday this year, multiple families have contacted the Village about when “Trick or Treating” should start for our community’s youngsters.
Taking into consideration that the Village’s Halloween curfew for unaccompanied minors takes effect at 8:00 PM and that the sunset is forecast to occur at 5:56 PM with temperatures dipping into the thirties that evening, it is our recommendation that a reasonable starting point would be 4:00 PM.
