The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees, by order of Mayor Knight, will be holding a special board meeting at Village Hall, located at 309 Main Street, on Monday, March 30th at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to approve adjustments to DPW Personnel.

Pursuant to Public Officers Law (POL) § 103-a(2)(a), the Village Board of Trustees is notifying the public that due to extraordinary circumstances videoconferencing will be used during this meeting, which can be accessed by the public by utilizing Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84872538777?pwd=KmMjGs15IygrFcoK6KfDzIlCUiBhq8.1 and that the Meeting Agenda and accompanying Board Packet will be posted at www.villageofmiddleburgh.com, in addition to being publicly available at Village Hall.

Special Village Board Meeting Agenda – March 30, 2026

  1. Mayor to open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM.
  2. Motion to accept resignation of Part-Time DPW Laborer Joseph Gilroy, effective March 5, 2026.
  3. Motion to approve promotion of Full-Time DPW Laborer Jennifer Townes, effective April 1, 2026.
  4. Motion to increase DPW Deputy Superintendent Mark Czyszczon Hourly Rate to $25.11; DPW Laborer Hourly Rate to Jennifer Townes to $19.30; and, DPW Laborer Austin Snyder Hourly Rate to $19.25, effective April 1, 2026.
  5. Any other business that may legally come before the Board.
  6. Adjournment.
