The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees unanimously voted to reappoint the Joint Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday evening.
Approved as part of Resolution 1-2025, the following individuals were appointed in staggered terms over the next five years:
- John Wingfield, Chairman – January 6, 2030.
- Rick Thayer, Member – January 6, 2029.
- Kitchell Paser, Member – January 6, 2028.
- Stephen Hoerz, Member – January 6, 2027.
- Kip Pangman, Member – January 6, 2026.
- Janet Mayer, Alternate – January 6, 2026.
“Middleburgh is fortunate to have a Zoning Board of Appeals comprised of hard-working, community-oriented individuals,” stated Village Mayor Timothy Knight. He added, “I am honored to reappoint this Board and its dedicated Chairman to continue serving the Village and Town of Middleburgh.”
