The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, June 27th at 7:00 PM for the purpose of DPW improvements and entering Executive Session to discuss ongoing litigation with advice of Village Attorney. Residents may attend in-person at Village Hall (309 Main Street).

- Deputy Mayor to open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM.
- Motion to purchase F-550 Dump Truck for $81,797.53.
- Motion to authorize Delaware Engineering to draw up Clauverwie Road sidewalk extension plans for possible Fall 2023/Spring 2024 construction.
- Executive Session to discuss ongoing litigation with advice of Village Attorney.
- Any other business that may legally come before the Village Board.
- Adjournment.
